The Gorges of Celano, the real italian Grand Canyon. Trip to Abruzzo, Italy

started from Tagliacozzo, we have reached by car in less than a lie 'now. After filling our backpacks with water and sandwiches, we started taking the safe way to make today a small business, climbing the river in this period and 'dry' and reach the famous waterfall just below the village of Ovindoli in order to then go back. Well me and we were informed about the Internet is the path that we should make, but never thought to find one so 'interesting, full of special landscapes that almost no one believed to be in Italy and especially in nearby Rome. the "walk" in total and 'duration 5 hours including stops to take photos and eat on the way we also met a deer dead, precipitated by high walls that overlook the river, shortly before our arrival. advise all that pleasant excursion into the heart of Abruzzo, we will return as soon as possible.
