Unfortunately, we wake up with the storm and then we decided to go directly to Erice hoping that time is put to best effect, as usually happens in Sicily. We climb up along the switchbacks to the parking of buses and campers carrying swords, among the clouds there's just us! But time there is clement and the sun comes out
We visited Erice calmly, only some groups of British tourists and very few "loners", the churches - the castle of Venus - the walls of cyclopean-Cathedral, a tour romantic and quiet, interrupted only by a few buzzing or ringing of some bell!
In the afternoon we returned to the Gulf of Capo San Vito to enjoy a sunset "unforgettable"
And good day continues in the evening, at San Vito is the festival of "fish scales" with music and folklore shows, nothing better to complete one day spectacular
