The marvelous Sicily... Visit to the historic centre of Syracuse and afternoon in Noto
Wednesday October 24 still good weather, Italy is still raining in the middle and it's cold! With the bus stop next to Parking dell'Ortigia we move to the neighborhood, the historic center of Syracuse with the characteristic source Arethusa, the beautiful cathedral, the traditional streets and the spectacle of the sea. Unfortunately Maniale Castle is closed for renovations, we return again to the streets and end up in the usual menu, spaghetti with seafood, peppers and cuttlefish baked in the oven! Noto Afternoon: half an hour of campers and fortunately one of the few parking areas, we enjoy the sight of the historic center: the now-famous cathedral, the city hall, theater, other churches of great architectural value! our trip coming to an end, we begin the first purchases of local products and souvenirs. We return to the 20 in Syracuse, Noto is beautiful at night!
