The mithical Erice. Sicily, Italy

This time I aggregates to friends of having a conference in Erice. Last year we had not had time to visit this city perched on a mountain of 700 meters overlooking the sea of Trapani. The flight to Palermo and runs well after a break for lunch (not have to say excellent grilled swordfish in a small restaurant in the center) we are taking a minibus to Erice. Wonder that this city with its narrow streets, roads, historic buildings, the castle. From every part seems to be suspended in the sky with breathtaking views. Light and air clean, well-ventilated, well we have endured the heat which is gripping Trapani. I quoted from a negazietto center of the almond paste to make the famous almond milk, almond cakes, jars of various kinds for bruschetta, season the pasta, etc. ... that today are only a memory!
