The Plateau of Lavarone and Folgaria

Day in the mountains, was too fresh. We got to the plateau of Lavarone, left the car at the Fort Cherle we sometimes also journeying into the woods. Following the path towards Passo Coe, instead we got the Hills Pioverna, used as a private club. We entered and the smell of steaming polenta, stew and dumplings invaded the air. Although a private lunch that made us sit and offered what was, polenta and stew, in fact, with excellent wine. The price? Donation for charity. Truly a wonderful thing!
The afternoon we went to Costa Folgaria where we discovered, with much astonishment, that where we ski slopes in winter, summer is golf!
