Three days of snow in the first week of March. Trip to Abruzzo region, Italy

After 2 years of interruption, we went skiing in Roccaraso 3 days, 2 hours away from our home in Rome accurate. As we had predicted the sports facilities are numerous and the tracks are many and beautiful. But it snowed for 24 consecutive hours and although the landscape that was saved before it was a fairytale, it was not possible to ski what we wanted. If Roccaraso is a fairly modern country, and almost not characteristic, is a village near Pescocostanzo tupico, very very nice and beautiful church.
