White stones on the seaside.. Holidays in Bari, Apulia region, Italy

In late September I discovered that Ryanair is about to inaugurate the Rome Ciampino airport to Bari and, without much thought, I decided to go and spend a day with my cuginetta.Trovo a good opportunity for early November to 42 €.
I had never been Palese airport and I must say it was a great thrill to land between the sea and olive trees! Also this call, like others in Italy, has recently emerged from a good renovation and expansion and I must say that I do not seem at all small. The city center can be reached by bus, the cost of a normal ticket, which run every hour, or a private line, which passes more frequently and is a shorter distance, but that costs a few euros more. Both leave the station, so in a strategic position and without traffic takes 20/25 minutes.
I thought about this "trip" with the intention of walking in the center of the ancient city, I do not know, because until a few years ago it was unwise to go into the grid of streets and know to be beautiful. I will not be disappointed: the Romanesque style is one of my favorites, the churches are great and also the Castle, while the intimate context in which these monuments are included, enhancing its magnificence. The impression, though the sky was not the usual blue Puglia that I love so much, and in my opinion, unique and invaluable is that it's really beautiful white stones on the sea. Usual watchword: the marvel of Italy!
