02. 06. 2009 Riga (Latvia)

How many emotions! I just got reunited with my dear friend and Rita Martins.
Martins, my little friend, the one that 10 years ago I used to sneak into the disco 'cause he was 16 and was forbidden now, and a man', and 'married with a three year old daughter: Patricia.

And 'a man. For me, a brother!


We spent the whole afternoon talking, endless streams of words trying to tell us about the last years of our lives!

In the evening I drove up to the streets Latvia Jelgava, where he will stay ', the Audi has given me the kind Maris.

Sitting astride the window I jot down my first thoughts, a bit 'confused ...
The cat Pucsi I walk on the diary and I think the old anzianissimo Rips ... A dog, deaf now but still alive ... Immortal ...

Beautiful girls walking by my window and every time I spell! God has' committed when he created the "female Latvian"!

I feel that this mission, at least the idea of it, I have already changed.

03. 06. 2009 Jelgava (Latvia)

This morning while we were shopping at the "Rimi" and wander around the streets of Jelgava, I thought to myself as I feel bound to this country. Maybe because I feel closer to me after my Italy, and this is due to Krists and Martins.

In the evening dinner Anda and Leo. A "Gustava iela" everything has changed.


Everything is refurbished, renovated. There is no longer that little house, but three apartments delicious and very decent, well kept and modern.

Leo proudly showed me many photos of my friend Krists, when he was in the United States to the flight school, flying in Estonia and I was moved when I quietly closed a key ring in hand with the photo of his son on board of a military aircraft and whispered: "This is for you! I'll take with me on a mission. Protect me.

I met Linda, the wife of Martins, very nice and polite and Patricia Small, a fever but beautiful!

Latvian typical dinner in memory of old times. Potatoes, yogurt (actually very similar to a creamy sauce), salad and meat.
