The trip is made on 4 with a camper. Basically it was reported the complete itinerary of the trip to Lofoten, of which this is a small part.

Monday 07.08.95
Departure at 9 from the German camp to the Netherlands, they are not on petrol, in the end leave in a city full Leer for having threatened to stay dry. To the Customs D-NL in the service stop for lunch and change the currency. Percorcorriamo the great inland sea between the dam and the sea outside, with stops for photos and filming. It arrives, and then to Edam. The auction of the cheese is Wednesday, we must therefore wait. We stop at the camp but for the next day there is no place. The weather is bad: there is so much wind and rain. The camp is usually near the inland sea very rough, and as usual careful and ordinatissimo. 462 Km

Tuesday 08.08.95
The weather is sunny. Edam and a pause, until the cheese in advance of tomorrow, we visit the city. Transfer, then the camper van in a parking lot on the outskirts of the city, but much closer to the center compared to the campsite. Can we find an Italian newspaper over spending and gifts to take home (traforati holders and porcelain Zoccolino)
4 Km

Wednesday 09.08.95
At 9 you go to the fair of Edam to see the shaft of the cheese, a real event, a little 'for tourists, but still pretty. Besides the classic cheese are all typical Dutch products. For lovers of fine ceramics here are the cups, not just in BonChina. Comprariamo 20 cups of the HF 200. At 10.30 we are now returning from the market and ready, we start to Marken. E 'bello how to get to this village. Here you park and visit the city. Famous for two reasons. The first is because, due to the closure of religious generations, people have been married only among themselves, leading to physical all'accentuarsi details. This is one of the best known. The second, perhaps more mundane but certainly more interesting is the beautiful port town built entirely of wood and painted white and green. We buy, ovviante of tulip bulbs.
Parthenius, then south and stop in an area 22 km from Maastrich.
233 Km

It moves quickly, is 7.20. At Maastricht, stop in the market place. I take this opportunity to make a trip to the historic center, unfortunately it is still quite dirty and closed the day before because there was a great concert.
We then move on to Germany and visit Aachen (Aachen) ...
