Apart from the capital, always beautiful, this time we have spent a bit 'of bike tours to the North. From Monnikendam along the isthmus that leads to Marken. From there you board and then to Volendam Edam. All well and good as usual.
The visit to Zaanse Schans and its mills open to visitors and running, the price of cheese and clogs.
Then a jump also to the great dam in the north.
