New Year's day in the crazy Amsterdam, capital city of Netherlands
summer 2005 is the only one where I started with friends because of time problems ... so we made up for New Year, with four days in the Dutch capital! flights from Milan to Rome since the flights were full ... resulting in a tragic train journey I hate to death (!) and top it all night at the airport because the plane would leave at 7 am ... but it was a great night personally, 8 hours of poker and a relentless resounding win haha! arrival at the hotel in the area and immediately south of the city on the tram to the center, obviously never paid! The city, which of course I remembered at all, as there was years ago is beautiful, if there a feature with its endless channels, it is virtually assumed lost if you start to take a stroll! Needless to say, local attractions like the Anne Frank house and the Van Gogh Museum, with some files that not even the Italian post office you can imagine! The four days flew fast enough ... a walk between the city and a stop in the local attractions, the coffeeshop ... well the curiosity was too much x not being able to enter ...
And typically Italian Classic abroad, were 4 days to eat at McDonald's hehe .. honestly were still times that I did not dare to eat local food ... I probably lost a little something for me really good!
New Year was fantastic, ignoring the fact ke we arrived at Dam Square to 23:55 prchè the alarm is sounded, and therefore furious race to find a taxi and then running up in a square so packed it was hard to think only ... People everywhere, even on lampposts! Music typically house / Northwest Tekno fired at full volume, and the city has become a open air disco, spectacular! I close with a detail that sadly is not going to miss our advantage .. after 2 hours of end party, the square, which looked like a landfill and the city was all cleaned up .. .. Let us take an organization excellent starting point ...
