Our leisure trip to the land of the windmills, the fantastic Netherlands

starting with the car Friday at 20 Amsterdam destination, after several stops made to accommodate the travel friend Leo (our dog) finally arrived on Saturday morning at 13.00.
Staying at the Ibis Stopera. I recommend Hotel for the excellent location, staff very helpful, breakfast buffet with many choices, especially clean and beautiful room, its also attached to the hotel there is indoor parking for a fee (€ 35 per day).
In a day, although tired after a shower rigeneratirce Amsterdam we discover, we visit the Dam square, the royal palace, the flower market and Anne Frank House, but only externally given the long queue of people. We are shooting some of the streets of downtown and then dinner at an Italian restaurant.
Sunday 8 alarm at 6, breakfast and then off to Durgendam a small fishing village 15 minutes from Amsterdam, beautiful and peaceful. A mid-morning we visit a wonderful Zaansche Schans and picturesque village with windmills to be seen!. We stopped for lunch and then in the afternoon we head to visit Marken another fishing village, although the time No promises well let's see the town famous for its Delft Blue pottery. The center is very nice with a beautiful square lined by shops and bars. In the late afternoon we drive to Scheveningen the famous seaside resort and after a long walk on the beach we go to dinner at one of the many restaurants overlooking the sea. In the evening we return to the hotel.
Monday 9 6:30 alarm, we have breakfast and then we head towards Den Helderper take the ferry to the island of Texel. The crossing takes about 15 minutes by ferry attrazzeto well. Landed decide to go look at the map and go to the north of the island 'island to visit the famous lighthouse and the beautiful stretch of beach. And after a long and relaxing walk on the beach we go to visit other villages, as the island is small (25 km long and wide 8) we can see almost everything. By mid-afternoon return to Den Helder, we move to the town of Haarlem nice although I imagined a little bit different. Volendam and Monickhedam only our next steps, although I prefer Monickhedam very beautiful in its simplicity and tranquility to visit both.
Evening ride on the canals lit Amsterdam and the streets of downtown looking for small gifts.
Unfortunately you have to go home. We suggest you visit the area because of Waterland with its canals, windmills and endless pastures and truly unique.
