Lisbon

Rented a car, we spent the first two days in Lisbon. Beautiful. Very beautiful. Do not miss a walk through the Alfama and Bairro Alto trattoria. The cuisine is exceptional and economical. Try pork Alentejo absolutely!

Porto

With a brief stop in Fatima we arrived in Porto.
Despite the decline are many buildings declared World Heritage by UNESCO, the whole is truly special and fascinating. The wonderful quais da Ribeira and Vila Nova de Gaia with the distilleries of the port.
Attention to values. The thefts, unfortunately even by children, are numerous in the area of Vila Nova de Gaia

To the north of the port we visited:
Buy the Barcelos cockerel which brings luck and visit the incredible market ... a giant leap backward.
Braga
Bom Jesus do Monte
Guimaraes: the jewel

Santiago de Compostela

From here we took the flight to Italy.
Only a short visit. it's nice to attend the Mass of the pilgrim.
