Arrived in this region with my Fiat Tipo crossing the Danube on a barge that is service between the cities of Braila and Wallachian the other side of the river. The road crosses an area with few semi-rural villages. Despite the devastation that area of stony hills and fields have a certain charm. Tulcea visit reached its port on the Danube river where many vessels are moored to Sulina, a town of the delta not accessible by land. I'd like to go to Sulina but I can not find a ship leaving for opto as one of the few branches of the delta can be reached by land. For a side street to come Murighiol, a fishing village. Here I am leading a room with his boat in some secondary branches of the Danube to the discovery of characteristic corners of nature. On the banks of the river you can see some fishing camps villas but also that of tune with the beauty of the place. The shores are surrounded by lush vegetation including some plants like tropical mangrove sucked water from the river with their long roots discoveries. Towards evening Murighiol I move south in a sleep bell'hotel of Ovidiu. The next morning I am aware of being on the banks of a lake separated from the sea by a narrow coastal strip on which there is the seaside resort of Mamaia, the most famous in Romania. Around the lake until Mamaia where walking on the great beach very similar to those of Versilia and the Adriatic. The long spit of sand is at my disposal but I imagine that in summer it is crowded. Near the beach town offers modern hotels and restaurants some of which are placed in environments that replicate the architectural features of the various regions of Romania. Constance Baipassata along the coastal road that crossed a bridge over a canal, passing through the seaside resort of Eforie, Costinesti, Neptun and Mangalia reach. Are just a few kilometers from Bulgaria and you hear the influence Islamic underlined by the presence of mosques and minarets. They date back to Constance to observe the main Romanian port and the old town where Orthodox churches and Muslim mosques are living nearby. A Cenavoda across the bridge over the canal linking the Danube and Black Sea and return to Wallachia. The Dobruja I was not attracted as other Romanian regions, perhaps because I expected more from the Danube delta, or perhaps because its beaches should be seen in the summer.
