Barcelona Loca, the crazy Barcelona.. Trip to the famous capital of Catalunya, Spain

Friends! This is my trip to Barcelona with Lara and Rosanna. We decide to leave for Barcelona in January and the fact that we book a flight with Ryanair from Orio al Serio 90 euros A / R, we book the hotel also ... which is actually a ** on Booking.com Hostal, Hostal Benidorm on the Ramblas at cost of 95 euros per person for three nights.
Do not mention where we had lunch and dinner, the only thing I tell you not to go on the Ramblas and try to have dinner one evening at the port ... the prices will be more expensive but the quality is far superior! And you can not go to a place of sea and not try the fish ... sure who likes! We have stopped a bit 'everywhere, from the market, bakery, restaurant and fast food.

I did not want to visit Barcelona, I do not say anything ... but now I'm glad I did ... I think that is architecturally .... Loca! And perhaps this is also the beauty of this city.
Advice from you ... there are several ways to explore the city, we decided to us the route but in retrospect we would have been nice to rent a bicycle in the driving, or a rickshaw or the two-seater electric cars ... well ... fun to visit Barcelona as crazy as you want!!

The flight was comfortable, and just off the plane there waiting for you on the bus into town, coast-trip 21 euro. (The races are in conjunction with the flight of Ryan and also ran for the return, there are practically all 30 ').
We booked the morning flight so we have recovered a day after arriving at the hotel and made the check in we decide to leave immediately for adventure ....
But first I wanted to say a few words on the Ramblas Hotel ... although not as noisy, our triple room overlooked a courtyard ... you hear the rumors of the road ... even if it was not completely silent in the ... ' Hotel is hardly a social center where every evening made music and dancing ... but ended before midnight.
The staff is friendly and helpful and above all that clean!! I recommend it highly.
Back to us ... we start walking in the street ... and we decided to see the Port Vielle. We finished the Ramblas opposite the Mirador de Colonna, the 60m high statue of Columbus. You can get a lift to 2.50 euros, we go up the next day. We continue our walk to the port, very beautiful wooden boardwalk and the mall. Journeyed to arrive Barceloneta, beautiful and modern! We also do a ride on the beach and we stop to take a drink.
For the return we have decided to do an alternate route, we toured the Palau Correos (which is the building of Central Post Office) which introduces the neighborhood of Barri Gotic. We saw the old Barcelona, with narrow streets and typical shops. Tip: Do not buzz in dark purple and weird ... we have done and it seemed unsafe ..)
We reviewed the Ramblas and went back to the hotel everything from 14pm to 19 ... The fatigue began to be felt ... we were awake by 6 .... However we decide to go to dinner on Las Ramblas ... do not do it ... we plucked and ate well at all ... even the Sangria was watery ... Back at the hotel and just collapsed.

The day begins at 9 am with the alarm and after breakfast in a cafe near the hotel .. Breakfast with chrros ... who accompanied us on all three days ... the same place!
After breakfast we go to the Mirador de column ... is very nice to see the port from above, but attention to those who suffer from vertigo .. the floor is a little 'pending and can be annoying and space is not much.
Today we decided to visit the monuments of Gaudi's Palau Guell starting with that is near our hotel ... but unfortunately is being restored and is open only the bottom. Outside if you look upwards you will see the chimneys characteristic.
Take the metro to go to Parc Guell. Take the Liceu, the closest, and a very kind lady tells us that if we do the business ... 10 saves and is so because a one way ticket and EUR 1:35 7.70 10. The beauty of this note is that more people can use it .. a stamp and then passes it to another! Nice invention! And so we did.
We descend to Vallcarca and do a little way to walk to the park. (There are also buses that take your hand in front of the entrance). We go above the entrance and were fascinated by the size of the square where you can enjoy a breathtaking view, ritual photos and then go down towards the main entrance where there is the famous Lizard ... and here's picture at any price.
Resume metro Diagonal and that brings us to visit La Pedrera, the cost 9:50 euros apiece. You can visit only one part, and then an apartment full of character, the roof with beautiful chimneys.
Then we go to Casa Batllo also a little further, but we do not go coast ... 16:50 ... euro seemed too much! From outside is very beautiful. We continue to walk to the Sagrada Familia that I personally appreciated ... Rosy entered, 11 euros, and says that the interior is great is great but unfortunately still far from finished ... We hope to see you one day.
Even today, the tours are finished ... and collapsed on the bed dead tired.

Always wakes up at 9 am and breakfast with churros. This morning it's off to the Montjuic, we take the cable car again and we do all the port on foot ... when we get near the tower ... we say it is closed and you must go to another ... then go back disconsolate, and this finally opened. For those unwilling to take the cable car can only go to see the landscape from the tower by paying 4 euros, but the ride costs only go 7 and 9 A / R. We decide to do one way. We arrive near the Hotel Miramare and there we walk across the hill to get to the fortress, the hill I took the cable car and 6 euros from here you can enjoy a nice view. Once again we walk into town and visit the Placa Espanya and Park Miro and also the arena where they were de Toros Bullfights.
We decided then to return to center and put away the maps various ... visit the Barri Gotic street and every corner because it discovered a new lane, but just come to the Cathedral is under renovation but you can visit the same. We also visit the Roman walls and the palace of music that is very nice to visit! We see two other markets: Sta Caterina Mercat del Born Mercat but we do not go to see them, there was enough confusion Boqueria ... looks great but very noisy and chaotic. But I suggest you take the fruit, and cheap is good, too ... the smoothies are very useful when you are thirsty!

We have the plane at 18.15 and we have all morning to see Barcelona breakfast ... of course ... and so we decided not to make plans ... we visit the Barri Gotic and the Ciutat Vella.
At 14 we start taking the Metro to Arc de Triomphe and then the bus to the airport and then back home.
