Formentera: the Caribbeans of the Mediterranean. Spain trip
For this summer we have chosen as a destination Formentera, an island of the Balearic Islands in our beloved Mediterranean. To reach the island we started from Malpensa to Ibiza charter flight destination. Arriving in Ibiza must go to the boarding of ships Formentera: The journey by boat takes about 40 minutes, after which we arrived on the island. We stayed at Playa Formentera village in the south of the island, all-inclusive treatment, which, however, we soon regretted, because the beauty of it is certainly not the pool of the village (also very very nice, nothing to say. .), but choose each day a different beach and maybe have dinner in typical restaurants. We, of course (like everyone), rented the car and turned the island into a long and wide: the beaches are very beautiful, crystal clear water and truly remarkable. What to see in Formentera: - Dell'arenals beach: beach wide, fine sand and clear sea - Cala Saona, a beautiful natural handle moored boats of fishermen and water very beautiful - De Barbaria lighthouse beacon and the grinding wheel, the first ideal to see the sunsets, the second impressive, overlooking the sea - Playa de ses Illetes: strip of land where the sea is always rough on one side and very quiet on the other - Fall des morts: caletta difficult to reach (you dive from the rocks) but with a water fantastica - ES PUJOL: town, nice town, beautiful restaurants
