Then departure by train for the last stage Granada.
We arrive after about 3 hours of travel, we arrive at the Hotel Carlos V in plaza de Los Campos, a beautiful little square with trees and with a fountain at the center, just minutes from the monuments and dall'Alhambra, the hotel is located in the Fifth Plan of a building (83 euros a night), the chamber is very similar to the one we had in Seville, the hotel has free wifi, the welcome is friendly, helpful staff at the reception there is a girl Italian.
We systemically and to the 22 we go to dinner parties Calle Reyes Catolicos, menu with typical Sevillian.
April 1: First we go to the office of tourism, which is nearby, but the material is low, then around the center, go to Calle Reyes Catolicos and Gran Via de Colon, very lively streets full of shops The impression is that of a much more lively city of Seville, we arrive at the Cathedral that overlooks the Gran Via.

We continue the tour through the streets nearby, we all'Alcaceiria, Arab market in the past, now a regular site of shops for tourists, the Plaza Bib-Rambla, a large square (the square was the burning dell'inquisizione) surrounded by trees with fountains, restaurants, coffee tables and kiosks of flowers that give a very colorful, even the surroundings are full of narrow streets and shops where you can walk.
In the afternoon we visit the Capilla Real (euro 3), located next to the cathedral, the interior is baroque, the Catholic Kings are on display in the crypt in simple coffins of lead, the beautiful wrought iron gate (art Plateresque) with scenes the life of Christ and John the Evangelist, of great interest also Retablo Mayor with scenes from the life of Christ, the Trinity and the taking of Granada, the sides the figures of Ferdinand and Isabella praying
The Museum is located in the sacristy, presents interesting works including Botticelli and Perugino in addition to important works of Flemish painters.
We continue to explore the city, passing through the Palace de la Madrazo, with its interesting Mihrab the Corral del Carbon, one of the oldest monuments of all Andalusiab
Then come back tired to the hotel, and discover that the line passes in front of 31, served by minibuses, which makes the tour dell'Alhambra and dell'Albaicin, just buy a multi-card (5 euros), the tour is interesting, allows a beautiful view over dell'Albaicin through the typical white houses.
You also enjoy magnificent views of Granada and dell'Alhambra.
April 2: We head towards the square Campo del Principe, which had seen only in the evening, beautiful tree lined square with a fountain surrounded by restaurants, then practically a stone's throw from the Church of Santo Domingo, church of the sixteenth century with baroque interior, already home dell'inquisizione (the pyres were Bi-Rambla Square) in front of the square is full of students (it is close to a college university that has a beautiful cloister with lemon trees, we take the road to the Alhambra, then return by bus on Calle Reyes Catolicos, then decide to go to the Plaza Nueva, on the square facing the Royal Chancellery, and the church of Santa Ana by Mudejar style, at this point we decide to take the bus 30 for a trip to the Sacromonte, gypsy quarter in the past, the district is situated on a hill overlooking the river Darro.
On the way back we visit the church of San Juan de Dios (1737), Baroque style, the retablo in the Capilla Major, the facade has two tall bell towers with exquisite sculptures.
Lunch at the pizza place in Lake Como Piazza Campo del Principe, run by friendly Italians now Spanish, Italian menu with rice, vegetables and spinach, mixed salad, ham, coffee, wine and beer. For the evening we are preparing asparagus green (the season) and lamb to Andalusia.
In the afternoon visit all'Albaicin, the Plaza Nueva, take the Carrera del Darro, a narrow road along the namesake river, we go to the Arab baths of El Banuelo, but are closed for renovation, we continue through the narrow streets with white houses, we see the Casa de Castril (face style Plateresque), which are considered part of an Islamic palace, now headquarters of the Islamic school, we decide to take the bus (31) to get to the various terraces, then we arrive at the Mirador S. El'omonima Nicolas church, which has a magnificent view dell'Alhambra and mountains of the Sierra snow yet, it seems to be on a terrace, people crowded to take pictures (even us), we sit on the wall and take a fruit juice at the kiosk, then we go to Plaza Larga, course through the streets of the neighborhood, then come to the church San Salvador, a visit with its beautiful cloister, and the Plaza San Miguel Bajo, with the beautiful white church, where we sit in the bar.
Then we find a bus stop 31, which brings us back to the front.
In the evening around 21.30 to a restaurant in Lake Como, with the menu we had ordered, but we have also granted a pizza and spaghetti.
April 5: starting with Ryanair
