The Balearics: tropical sea inside Mediterranean. Travel to Spain

I came from a bad period and I went almost by chance to Mallorca with a friend to distract me, and I thought I had no expectations of finding a "Rimini" in Spain, that is so much fun but the sea and nature at the most. Instead he found impressed with the finest in all of 2006. I had the catalog of the hotel and I thought they changed the color of the sea with photoshop to make it palatable and yet was so! Bellissimo!
The Hotel is located in the resort Mediodia El Arenal, the "German" island a few kilometers from Palma. Recommend the site because it is still a step away from the capital and is less expensive compared to other parts of the island. Hotel Arli three stars was not bad, clean and self-service dinner (of course the quality is not Italian cooking but this is known). We booked half board and the council as the lunch break are everywhere in the small baguette with tuna, lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh, is excellent and costs very little.
From what I understand it, Mallorca is "divided" into zones depending on the origin of tourists, we were in the German area, the less expensive, then there is the area of the British, the Arabs (among the most expensive ) and so on.
Council not stop just in front of the hotel beach but if you do not want to rent cars and things like that, you can join the excursion organized to visit the most emblematic places of the island. I personally have made the trip to the beach Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean and the Bay owned by Claudia Schiffer emerald! Fantastic. Recommend the tour to Cape Formentor which reminds a bit 'Ireland. Stage that can not miss is Palma de Mallorca, both architecturally and in terms of shopping. Just for girls: there are really a lot of shops to suit all budgets.
Council a week at all because in addition to relax, you can enjoy nature, make cultural visits, shopping, sport all without spending a fortune and a step away from home!
The cost that I have argued (2006) for the hotel and the flight (charter) eight days was € 470.00 including taxes hikes vary but the average seems to be about 40 euros each.
