Scandinavia to the Arctic Circle, the whole train. A one-month long journey through Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Up to Rovaniemi, the city of Santa Claus, in the cold of northern Europe.

After the North Cape down to Stockholm. We pass from Boden, typically northern city, located in the middle of the forest, with no real attraction if not a beautiful peace. Then we arrive at night, in Skelleftea, where there is essentially nothing but a squalid station, and decide to stay on the train to Stockholm. It 'a long journey (1,000 km), hard sleeper because we did not, but funny. There are so many guys on the trains, and the three of us we will go well. Robert, the renowned Italian Australian Oslo, we sing the songs of Italy, who knows. The first is "Red Roses for you" so quiet now.

After nearly two days by train will arrive in Stockholm. perhaps the most beautiful cities in Scandinavia. Can we find spot nell'ostello most coveted: the dormitory boat moored in front of the royal palaces. It takes a lot of kids around, you are well in Stockholm, really good. The city is full of beautiful things to see, and people you meet. The shops are open till late, new to these latitudes, and the impression is really good. But we can not stay beyond the two days.

On September 19 we make the backpack and get ready to go and take the ferry that will take us in Finland. Robert, tired of the cold of Scandinavia (and being too "expensive") decides to leave for southern Europe. We go to Turku, and we salute. But our friendship will not end there. Not everyone speaks English, not even us very well, and we think that the incident ferry we can get by train. But it is not true, we must go by bus. Rain a hijacking, but fail to arrive and get on that blessed ship. E 'tardi, however, and there are no bunks. There remain the armchairs.
