Lugano as a destination to spend a new year, may seem too risky a choice, a place that, even in my predictions, it would not have left their mark on my curriculum for the traveler. Lugano is a quiet town, like all of Switzerland, its lake and in the midst of mountains, not very high, which unexpectedly appear to our eyes filled with snow.
