Traveling for "business" I found time to rent a car and visit the main attractions. Just a little over an hour to get used to driving on the right ... but be careful to double lane roundabouts!
Edinburgh is wonderful.
Glasgow does not deserve a long rest.
The
Highlands are a magical place, quiet, suitable for relaxation.
Unlike England, the food is great and people delicious.. as their beer.
