Departure from Rome Fiumicino, Alitalia flight discreet. Arrival at Heathrow and just meters to arrive at the hotel near Kensington Gardens (beautiful park complete with lake inside). Afternoon been closer to the monuments, visit Westminster Abbey (endless line), and excellent cappuccino break plum cake then visit the enchanting Big Ben. Dinner fast food (horrible food).
The day after visiting the royal palace and then immediately fascinating Tower Bridge and walk along the banks of the Thames. Evening around Piccadilly and its air typically English pubs and beer, beer, beer! Hectic holiday, a wonderful city unforgettable...
