my trip took me to the Middle East in Jordan ... I'm not afraid to define a country really fantastic and well above the Syria! For what? ... first of all easy to find the variety of things, there are only remains to be seen but a myriad of things I will tell you soon k! And Anke here because it seems to us no longer in a quasi third world as it was in Syria, but in a fairly westernized culture, thanks mainly to the king and his lady well known: Rania of Jordan. Obviously I'm not talking about a rich country, absolutely, but a country that knows how to exploit its wealth (lots!) And lets see well. Surely the word Jordan will call for all travelers to the mythical city of Petra ... one of the seven wonders of the world ... but not only because I could see that turning is very characteristic for each party .. indeed it may be the only state in which the capital is practically the place less attractive to look ehhe! The kitchen is spectacular, all meat, spicy or not, anke if the house specialty is the so-called "half" that appetizers are many !!... ke .. my journey starts or Jerash Jerash, which according to many is better than rival Syrian Palmyra, as has been well preserved with its temples, its ruins and a fantastic place ... oval! The capital Amman is a center known only for its amphitheater .. very nice .. but otherwise seems a classic city with thousands of markets and nothing more .... much more interesting was the visit to Madaba, the City of mosaics and Mount Nebo, famous because Moses had a vision of the promised land. Then finally came the time of the legendary Dead Sea .. a unique place in the world, ke personally knew only because it was the depression world's most famous ... more than 300 meters below sea level, if anke in recent years, thanks massive heat (49 degrees at noon here they ......) sun without water is increasingly withdrawing ... I found myself in the absurd situation of a bathroom in an area where you could not sink! ! almost paradise for anyone who can swim hehehe .. all this because the salt is 6 times the average of the oceans.
My journey continues for the castle of Karak alas ... unfortunately I visited a hurry, because a strong wind storm forced us to flee! And finally, the climax of the holiday ... what everyone expected ... or Petra. Petra is something unique for his turn .. canyons waiting to get to the Treasury (the famous image of the door) was great ... like being right in the Indiana Jones movie! Finally, the sight of the imposing door ... I do not know how many photos I took Petra eheh ... but n is only this ... the city is huge, because then you continue to enjoy all those fantastic colors special rocks and tombs dug in the mountains ... a breathtaking sight! To reach the monastery, atop a deadly ascent of 850 steps!
Step is not mandatory but was due that has brought us to Aqaba ke .. the only seaside resort in Jordan ... and is + located in the Red Sea! Well water is wonderful, the city obviously has no nulladi ke ... but two days in that sea blue and 40 degrees k and I must say were really a grace of God! And finally the desert ... well if you go to Jordan and visit the famous Wadi Rum, you have not seen anything! the fabled desert, made famous by the movie even + Lawrence of Arabia ... is beautiful ... full of gigantic dunes inhabited by Bedouins likeable, is characteristic for the red sand that gradually changes color! I had the good fortune to do anke a trip by jeep and eat in a Bedouin tent ... what if you have the opportunity to commend you!
Last quote for small desert castles on the way to Rusafah ... when I realized that there really mirages ... the stifling heat makes you see things you would not like :)
