The welcoming Principate of Oman, a marvelous country to visit

internet is very little about this wonderful country, but really worth a visit for both the landscape and for its inhabitants ..

some information:
we started with the Turkish Airlines and between the various airlines 'that, under the Christmas holidays and brought the best price, 880 euros for 2 adults plus' a child of 3 years ... only drawback to the arrival and departure schedules impossible: 3 am.

Taxi drivers do not use the speedometer, so you should always negotiate, in principle we always spend 5 to 8 euros in Muscat, Salalah slightly less.

supermarkets: so many young Omani or managed by Indians, a large chain called lulu 'selling anything: Barilla pasta, chocolate, diapers, powdered milk, meat, fish, fruit, clothing for children and adults' everything you need to camping, mini-grants from the tents .. useless then load the suitcase !!!!!

restaurants we ate in the restaurants of the place, prices are very low, never spent more 'than 15 euros in three.

Hotels of all kinds, everywhere and in every category, Western prices.

Climate: Muscat on 27 degrees, it often rains in December but not all day
Salalah on 30 degrees, sea temperature 27 degrees, never a rainy day or
cloud.

sea: beautiful but ever so slightly moved.

salalh hotels: the Plaza Resort Crowe. expensive but beautiful hotel with a white beach miles, swimming pool for adults and children, lawns, golf courses and area designated for children to play with dozens of slides, swings etc..

Oman: comfortable, discreet, friendly and always ready to point you to roads, streets or ask if you need help. wonderful people!

OMR currency (Rial) 1 riyal worth 2 euros .. but prices outside of the hotel are more 'bass with us!

petrol A liter costs more 'or less 40 cents. and that 'the price of a can rent a car at the supermarket ... and' a must ... also seen prices of taxis!

internal flights: Oman Air, and brand new planes on time, price / r Muscat Salalah 300 euros in three.
or to reach Salalah but there are also bus takes 12 hours by plane ... there is a 1 ..
