Travel itinerary:

14.08
Flight from Florence to AirFrance Montreal via Paris. Arriving late in the evening, pick up the car rental, a brand new Pontiac super-equipped and arrival at the hotel.

15:08 Montreal
Morning dedicated to the visit of the down-town, the university campus and the Mont Royal with its beautiful park and his lookout from where you can see the skyline and the St. Lawrence. After lunch at a fast food style of Arnold's "Happy Days", afternoon dedicated to shopping in the "underground city" and visit to china town and the old town where we dined in a picturesque French style restaurant.

Quebec City 16:08
Transfer to Quebec City, stopping in the Olympic city of Montreal to visit the Olympic Stadium and its tower tilted. Arriving in Quebec City and the first visit of this wonderful city, especially the old town lies on the San Lorenzo and dominated by the Chateau Frontenac, one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Housed in a beautiful inn in a small square adjacent to the Chateau Forntenac.

Quebec City 17:08
The day is devoted to visiting the old city in all its angles, including the fortified town ... but cold during the changing of the guard ... low and the city in French style ... seems to be with us in Europe.

18:08 Chute Montmorency - Ile d'Orleans - Charlevoix
Visit to Montmorency Falls just outside of Quebec City and the next full turn Authority of Orleans with obligatory stop in a beautiful chocolate-style film "Chocolat" in a village where there is peace ... that good raspberry jam with chocolate !!!!. Skiing the island we are in the Charlevoix region rich in ups and downs along the St. Lawrence River. Overnight at Le Malbaie

19:08 Tadoussac
From The Malbaie arrive in a beautiful sunny day in Tadoussac, a town very pretty on the shores of San Lorenzo at the mouth of the Saguenay Fjord, famous for its whale watching ... and it just arrived at the B & B book, a figure not just economic , a zodiac to help whales. Unfortunately, at least for us it was a disappointment, in fact, and beluga whales, but there are drivers gommone are held to very large cetaceans by leaving them nearly a glimpse. At least this has been our experience, I hope that others were more fortunate.

20:08 Lac St. Jean
Unlike the day before it rains now and then to divert the return of the Saguenay fjord is spoiled by the time we come to the lake that still raining and the fog has fallen, fortunately, is changing the day when Mistassini, home of Canadian blueberry, breaks into house of lords simpaticissimi two, producing in genuine home-based products typical of blueberry. Let friendship immediately and after some 'of' chatter 'of our nation rite, although they do not speak a word of English and us very hard in French, and make us try their products ... wonderful !!!!. At the end after all the photos together in the kitchen we go there with a lot 'of sweets for the following days.

21:08 Lac St. Jean
Morning dedicated to the visit of the Parc du Pointe Taillon, but a sudden storm forced us to go back to the hotel to change ... although the k-way and umbrellas were bagnatissimi. In the afternoon we visit the Saint Felicien Zoo where we start to see the local fauna.

22:08 Mauricie NP
Returning to Montreal we stop the Mauricie NP where we spend the day. Very nice especially for vegetation, but beware the mosquitoes ......

Omega Park 23:08
We head to Ottawa and on the way we visit the Omega Park where you can run through the streets of the park by car and where the animals are close to the machines for the food, bought the office park, which offer visitors the ... very divertante, but perhaps a little 'just natural. We arrive in Ottawa in the evening.

24.08 Ottawa
Day excursion to Ottawa, the city as a whole, even if they do not have anything special, except that the Parliament Square and its buildings, we like very much. Transfer to the Algonquin PP.

Algonquin PP 25.08
Visit this extensive park, rich in lakes and forests extended as far as the eye, of which we decide to do some hiking on foot. In one of these we are fortunate to come across a moose that we follow a short distance for a while 'time. Lunch cheered by a number of squirrels who enjoy playing with our stuff and get apple pezettini by munch.

Toronto 26.08
Visiting the city of Toronto, the most "American" one of those visited, where walkers in the down-town, with its skyscrapers, and china-town, before getting on CNTower, the highest tower in the world, from which we have a wonderful view of the city and Lake Ontario. Particular, the glass floor on which you can walk "in a vacuum."

27.08 Niagara Falls
From Toronto with our car we reach the famous Niagara Falls. The waterfall itself is very beautiful, particularly in the shape of a horseshoe in the Canadian side of the river, but all around we find a little "Las Vegas" full of hotels, casinos, cinemas and entertainment. We built the tunnel behind the waterfall and hiking, interesting but wet, with the boat under the falls.

28.08 Toronto and return to Italy
Morning devoted to a further visit to Toronto and in the afternoon arrival at the airport for return flight home with AirFrance via Paris.
