I had been on the west coast of the United States in 1999 and 2002, but this time wanted to bring back a person with me who deserved it. My uncle.

We arrive in Los Angeles in the early afternoon, we rented a car and then off to San Diego. We do not want to go back to LA, but will not be so
The night we sleep in San Diego, then the next day we turn a bit 'before leaving for Arizona. Next step: Yuma.

Going to Phoenix

Not deny that I love Arizona, I just can not stay away, even though Phoenix is truly a city without many amenities. but for me it was: I went to see my first football game: Cardinals - Chiefs. Intense emotion. One day I will never forget

Tucson, then the Grand Canyon

We left Phoenix to Tucson to visit a friend who studies at university, then we go to Nogales, Mexico for a detour. Then return back to Williams and Route 66

Horseriding in the Monument Valley

Williams left come to lake Powell, then the Grand Canyon, then to Bryce. Cool sunny days, in a breathtaking landscape. But the best ought still to come, because we ride in the afternoon a couple of hours in Monument Valley following a faithful Indian guide. Impossible to forget.

Utah and then Las Vegas

Utah leads us wrong, is not sleeping in the area of Moab, and we drive to three in the morning to find a place to Motel. The next morning we aim to Las Vegas: Luxor to sleep. Although they've already been, but it's worth going back. A little gambling, a lot of swimming for us.

Some... Police!

Leaving Las Vegas going to Barstow, California, home to famous outlet. Bad idea: we care a passport, phone and credit card. It will be an all complaints, police stations, the Italian Consulate in Los Angeles. But the story ends well and we can go and finish our vacation in San Francisco

Golden Gate, I miss you

San Francisco I think the most beautiful city in the world, perhaps matched only scenario in Cape Town. I'm loving it and not much to say except that I go back whenever I can. My uncle in the bay that looks around and says "What a show" with his face ecstatic, worth the price of the trip.
