New York, New York.. The last days of our trip to United States, from Philadelphia to New York

It was a long dreamed. . . . . . It has came and gone away in a blink of an eye. . . but I am sure we will return, America. .
Anyway 'nuff said. . . So we started with the flight Continental the trip was really amazing, every passenger had a personal TV with a myriad of films to choose from in Italian. . . I must say that the 9 hours by plane have not been felt at all. . . landed in New York you could see the skyscrapers from a distance. . . After hurried through customs (a little something from nothing eh.. just a couple of hours...) we took a taxi and headed to the eeee viaaaa Big Apple. . .
The more I got closer to New York and it seemed to be in a movie. . . I was so used to seeing on television that I could not distinguish fiction from reality that I was living. . .
We stayed at the Hotel Pennsylvania, convenient location, 5 / 10 minute walk from Times Square on 7th Avenue. . . but as for the cleaning left a bit to be desired. . . but it went well so we were so little at the hotel. . .
After the mandatory surveys such as: Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Empire State Building, and Chrysler and we dared to have done something more special, and so, through a tour that was leaving the hotel we went to Harlem to hear the gospel songs. . . my god. . . fantastic emotion. Returning from the trip to Harlem with the coach we made before leaving the museum of Natural History and began the "afternoon at the museum." . . exited the museum still had at our disposal a large slice of the day and so we sent in Central Park. . . relaxing here after a visit among the green lanes we rented a small boat and with it we skirted the lake inside the park. I do not know exactly how I felt in those moments. . . I was immersed in nature, but when I looked up a few meters above me were the skyscrapers. . you would not believe. . .
From home had also organized a short trip to Philadelphia, my boyfriend is a fan of Stallone and could not miss a visit to the statue of Rocky and so after 3 hours of coach we are in Philadelphia! The city is beautiful (and not only for the presence of the statue of Stallone) we made our quick run on the steps of the Museum of Art (Balboa style ever) and after a walk in the center and a bit of shopping we returned to our bus that us back to New York. The thing that struck me the most in New York was certainly Ground 0, have set up right there where once stood the twin towers like a museum where you hang all the pictures of people dispersed, you can hear their voices , who made phone calls from the plane before the collision, their objects. . . I do not know what I was crying really something unparalleled. . .
There mum so well organized that our movements. . . . We had advanced one day and so we used to do something that maybe tourists do not usually do (in fact we had just us!) We went to State Island and the Historic Richmond Town. . . in search of fine American villas. . . I seemed to have just arrived in one of the many books of R. L. Stine that I had read as a child. . . these long avenues where whites often here and there was some basketball basket used by local residents, houses with stunning gardens perfect without even a minimum of fence. . . a residential area as I just said, we were the only tourists. . . I envied those who lived there, in complete peace and a step away from worldliness. . . New York. . . and I think that after this trip I love AMERICA!
