Here we are dear friends, together again after a year off, we are ready to help you experience a new unforgettable experience!

As always thanks to our timeshare inseparable choose our holidays ... we can choose from almost all over the world! for now there is the possibility to stay in the Maldives and Mauritius to the Seychelles ... ... but there will be time and opportunity to find a good time, always on the internet of course, to go to certain places ....

Finally we stop at October '09 a week in the Cayman Islands 2 to 9 January 2010 perfect! and another paradise ... Tax!
At this point we have to find a flight and join a city!

Let's go... NY is waiting for us!!

It 's the date for the beginning of our adventure. We will start as usual from Milan Malpensa after celebrating Christmas with their families in Calabria Selene and Luke in San Benedetto del Tronto now begins for us the week around the world!
The destination which will be ?..... but obviously New York!
Can not spend so much time ... New York City is so hot especially during the Christmas season that we have now almost affectionate ...
The flight booked to October 2009 will be a little lunghini well ... we'll have two airports Frankfurt and Boston but to spend € 482.00 in a period of great demand we are also willing to do a few more hours.
We come to New York La Guardia with a little big problem!! Missing our suitcases! After the procedures of both the Lost and Found stricken by nervous fatigue that we take a taxi and head to the hotel.
The hotel is a pleasant surprise, located in Long Island is a virtually brand new Holiday Inn, very friendly, clean and above all with breathtaking views .. New York skyline with the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building to become the main protagonist ... this book a room from the 7th floor and above ...
We eat a little something at the hotel, a hot shower and immediately under the covers, we have to recharge!

Today in Ny the sun shines, despite temperatures as expected were well below zero, we start our tour in the heart of Manhattan.
The hotel in fact is not only nice and friendly but is also strategic convenience. And 'in fact, situated 1 minute's walk from the metro station "39 St" yellow line with six stops (10-15 minutes) until the station in Times Square ... great!

Let us return to the hotel, a nice refreshing shower and go ... back in the direction meters Bleeker Street in the heart of Greenwich Village where there is a Spanish restaurant where we eat a delicious paella served of course with the excellent sangria.
We decide to go to Times Square. Preparations for the new year are work in progress. Moreover Times Square especially at night, full of colorful and bright lights always has its charm.
There are no words to describe the emotion that surrounds us ... but it was not the first time, but we are still enchanted by the lights and sounds that surround us day and night ...

Last year!
Good news that the phone rings in the room! came our suitcases! But the surprises are not over ...
we open the curtains of the room ... New York is presented before our eyes in a beautiful and fresh white snow! The cold is biting, but we decided to take a ride in famossisimo Fifth Avenue "5Av" orange line,
Our first goal was to go to Abercrombie and Fitch just in front of Louis Vitton but the tail was
then ending in a heavy snow after a few photos before we decide to enter Central Park at Macy's "34St" yellow line the same applies to stop the Empire State Building. A mega mall for shoppers is almost regarded as a tourist attraction inside ... you can lose your head ... and the weather is great and one day would not be enough to turn it all inside ... be careful not to forget the credit card ! because there are lots of offers!
With the dollar so cheap is' me want to buy anything.
Let us return to the hotel, unloaded the shopping and after a shower, around 21 pm, we decide to leave.
The arrival of the new year and 'around the corner and turn without a precise destination in search of a place where you can get something to eat and toast the new year.
Times Square, the heart of the world, is now closed and reinforced by 16:00 pm, walking through Grand Central Station and the Chrysler Building, Grand Central 42 St Green Line, we enter a room in cute, Brasserie44. The local and 'fantastic, soft lighting, live music and very chic environment ... What more could you'? eat something and start the celebrations at midnight for the arrival of 2010! As we already knew the facts are not in Ny fireworks ... there's a lot of people on the street you can not even walk around 2:00 but we return to the hotel exhausted ... awaits us on the first day of the year in New York.

After a sunny day, another snow day in store for us this last time ... we get to partly cloudy early with the goal of entering

It 's amazing to think that in cities where skyscrapers are the masters there can be a green space where you can see squirrels, small lakes (frozen in this period) and about 500,000 trees.
The park 's really an escape from the smog and bustle of New York life, you can find fields of any sport, you can meet people who do yoga and jogging ...

Wollman Ice Skating Rink, Selene can not resist the temptation of being able to skate on a frozen lake well equipped. We really cold, icy hands completely fail to hold the camera again in hand, the case back to the hotel and then take the subway from Midtown and we go down to "23st" yellow line at the Flatiron Building.
With his back to the "iron" continue straight for Fifth Avenue.
Suddenly to our left we see a building that says 230 Fifth Avenue ... found !!!!!
The restaurant is named after the street number and has a lovely terrace where you can admire one of the world's most famous skyscrapers.
Let's go and climb up on the 20th floor ...
We are welcomed with a gentle welcome and make us admire the view from the terrace are a few steps dall''Empire State Building.
Given the bitter cold, people who decide to have a drink in the open directly onto Ny may wear a very large and very warm fleece bathrobe flaming red in which you can wrap for at least a little sheltered! Everything is indescribable we sipped a drink at 20th floor with views of Empire State Building and Chrysler Building lit ... speechless.
Before returning to the hotel, past the Rockefeller Center, perhaps a symbol of Christmas in New York with its huge Christmas tree illuminated with colored lights and thousands of the world-famous ice skating rink below ... really ... a surreal setting for films.
Cross walk pass by Ny Radio City Music Hall with its lights, the music the horns and smoke coming out of manholes famosisissimi Ny remain enthralled ... we get to Times Square but our time at Ny place at the end ... but someone has Ny reminded that anything can happen ... in the snow back to the hotel ... everything is magical!

In the morning with a little 'of melancholy settle our luggage and after leaving the hotel we head to JFK airport. Think 30 minutes of hire with driver, booked by the hotel, saw the heavy snow last night's $ 40. Super Honest ..
