The beginning of a dream
Finally after so many efforts for the preparations of our wedding arrived the day so many ways, the culmination of a dream.

We arrived after 8 hours of flight to JFK.
Here, after losing more than an hour for the super checks, take a taxi ($ 55) and we do take on the
New York Palace, the hotel is in the middle of glitzy Manhattan (between Madison and 50th St) where we spend the first night of our trip.
After a refreshing shower and a siesta we set out on legendary 5th Street south to get to Times Square.Di passage Bryant Park where we discover in the park there are chairs and tables where New Yorkers can relax or study with the laptop. Now it's dark and the bright lights of the signs blinds us, we take a short section of Broadway and from there back to the north.
E 'come forward to dining in this area and the choice is vast, from ethnic cuisine to pizze.Noi rolled up in a room where they make salads at will and the possibilities are almost endless;
Unfortunately fatigue is felt we are now 22:00 and from 6.00 feet by 6 time zones would be 4:00!
We head toward our hotel and as we pass by the Rockefeller Center.Arriviamo the NY Palace and even here the scenario is not far behind and the hotel is located just opposite the Cathedral of St. Patrick and the building is half of 'nineteenth century.
We are in pieces and thankfully we have a king size bed that is nothing short of fantastic!
Bad luck!
We get up at 9.00 e. .. surprise! azz .... It's raining
We planned a trip with the ferry circleline to see the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge, and instead all be deleted.
We decided to go to shops and megastores.
Nearby the hotel, are all luxurious shops in NY and megastores Disney, Sony, Apple etc..
We can also visit a slice of Central Park.
Finally stopped raining, so we decide to take a taxi and bring us close to the Brooklyn Bridge.
Here the area is much more dirty and the air is not good, so just the time to two photos and we do bring back.
After a nice plate combination (steak, chips and salad), we head to the hotel and from there we leave for the airport (about 45min.di taxi).

New York at 17.45 we start with Air Tahiti Nui Papeete direction ....
