Hello everyone! This is our first intercontinental trip organized to celebrate our graduation. Everything has been decided about a month and a half before departure, and from that moment we began to document to build the route and make reservations online for the various lodges and motels. We are happy to share our fantastic experience and to give the possibility to anyone wishing to undertake such a journey to take our cue from the itinerary ...

1st stage (5 days): San Francisco, charming, artistic ... There remained in the heart! The evening more beautiful: sunset at the Golden Gate Bridge, with a sky which seemed to painting as there were shades of pink and red, and near the downtown that is beginning to light up the night.

2nd stage: Mariposa, western town on the outskirts of Yosemite National Park, a park where you can admire ancient giant sequoias and contemplate landscapes similar to those of the Italian Dolomites. Too bad he had little time to explore ...

Step 3: Death Valley, the infamous Valley of Death! Major depression in the northern hemisphere, where the heat is really unbearable .. In fact we decided to visit at dawn, un'alzataccia rewarded by spectacular scenery that make the most of that hour all the shades of colors.

4th stage: Las Vegas, known as the Sin City, Sin City, where anything is possible ... just think that it has been built only a century and in the middle of the desert!

5th stage: the Grand Canyon. One of the seven wonders of the world, a place of indescribable beauty, to be left breathless. For us it was energy, it is difficult to explain, but we felt recharged! That day was visiting the president and Obama have not paid the park entrance ... But we had to postpone a day after the trip by helicopter.

Leg 6: Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park managed by Indians. Another place for us a stunning charm, especially for our passion for the history of American Indians. We also stayed in a traditional Navajo home, that emotion!

Leg 7: Mesa Verde, Colorado. Very green park where you can visit the ancient buildings of the Anasazi Indians, well preserved, built under the walls of the canyon.

8 Leg (3 days): San Diego. Dynamic city, young and fun. After a week spent in nature and above ground after many miles by car, we appreciated very much still remain some days in town!

9th stage (4 days): Los Angeles. A dip in the cinema and the American myth created by the most famous ... telefims Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Boulevard. We stayed in Santa Monica, on the shore 'and we also had the opportunity to make real California beach life, including surfing and everything that goes on wheels: bike, skate, rollerblade ... For do not forget anything, we visited Santa Barbara, and fabulous seaside resort where they turned the eponymous TV series that saw small ... and finally, in a beautiful passing day more fun that we were at Universal Studios Hollywood: we heard of children as he repeated over and over again for the rides Jurassic Park, The Simpsons Ride (roller coaster in 3D), The Mummy, Shrek 4D and many others .. What a tale!

Conclusion:
Fantastic journey that has catapulted into the American reality and now we're back in Rome is difficult to turn on the TV and not hear about American not see their absurd and continuous publicity about food, not being able to watch the street while eating sandwiches and drinking enormous bibitoni Pepsi Cola, or do tricks on your skateboard .. are a people full of contradictions, still sometimes absurd, but extremely hospitable and patriotic available with tourists ... On this trip we had contact with many different cultures: Mexican, Chinese, Native Americans, who live together in the States. this is melting pot ..
What we left our first intercontinental travel is certainly the desire to continue traveling, exploring the world, has really opened my mind to new horizons!
