Great city!
One of the few American cities to have the beautiful monuments ... all focussed on the banks of the Potomac ..... that goes from Parliament all'obelisco Central ..... really panoramico everything.
Exciting and moving at the same time the monument to soldiers killed in Vietnam ... a long slab of black marble engraved with the names of the dead in the war .... and a whole trail of people who look for the finger with the name of his family died ....
The white house rather a disappointment! A low house surrounded by a garden ..... nothing chè! In return the city as a whole is absolutely worth a stop ... even just a stop over in one or two days will give way to already get an idea of Washington.
