Humahuaca (Argentina): Hostal Azul, B.M. Milagrosa, tel (3887) 421596/421107 hostalazul@arnet.com.ar. 80 pesos double and 50 single including breakfast, just outside the village but elegant, comfortable and clean, with a good restaurant and hotel economico.Il best met.

* Meals
La Paz: comedor JS, on the stairway that leads to Ingavi calle calle Comercio.Frequentatissimo, but only by the locals, offers a good lunch for a 4-to-head 7BS.
Tambo Colonial (LP): almost entirely foreign clientele but the food is excellent that the servizio.Entrate a 10bs, main courses with a buffet of salads 30/35bs.
Empanadas to stand on top of the staircase between the Prado and Calle Mexico (LP): superaffollata as very good, open only in the morning.

Tupiza: comedor de Pollo gold, calle Florida: 4 course lunch, good, 7BS to a head.
Pizzeria Tupizza, Plaza Independence: what we have said is the best pizza in the city, and if you are tired of eating meat, can be a good alternative.
Comedor Callujon, avenida Serrano: a good lunch 10bs each.
California, Independence Plaza: just good, with main courses on 20/25 bs.

Potosì: Sumak Orcko (LP), lunch and plenty of Economic Quality only fair.

Sucre: El Asador bison (zero tourists, isolated and far from the center, andateci by taxi). Excellent beef fillet knife and outline around 25bs.Per a complete meal with local wine and water around 50bs calculated per person.
Repizza (LP) for an excellent lunch buffet with salad, drinks included, spend some 20/25bs each.
El Germen (LP): in this restaurant almost exclusively vegetarian 40/50bs about a meal you'll have a head full of wine and water as ottimo.Niente to say: to be advised.

Jujuy (Argentina): restaurant Krysys (LP) rather pretentious, food scarsino and, if you are coming from Bolivia, stratospheric prices at about 40/50 pesos a head for a meal with wine.

* Tour of the Salar.
With Tupiza Tours (LP), 5 days and 4 nights, 3 people out of private Jeep Toyota Land Cruiser pretty old, including transport by minibus to San Perdro de Atacama, at $ 670US $ 220US all compreso.Sono a head and is certainly quite expensive compared to the usual 100/120 dollars of shared tour by car, but do not underestimate the fact that occupy the back seat of the jeep with over 1200km of dirt off in three and not six, not to mention the increased autonomy of decision that you can have while traveling by soli.All 'beginning of the tour you may have doubts but ultimately we were more than happy to have paid something more.
