MONEY - change only the money you need to buy the vignettes and possibly for diesel, it is better to change at the banks with the official rate, you gain. Don't trust those who change money for you on the street, they give you more, but there is a risk they are expired or fake notes. The average is about 30 (e.g. 100 € = 3000 Kr) ROADS - the few motorways, up to Prague, are new and smooth, beyond that there are narrow, patched-up roads POLICE - careful, they are hunting undisciplined tourists; in a car park, since my vehicle is very long, I had mounted the kerb with the right wheel, and on my return I found a wheel clamp on one wheel; to have it removed I paid 1000 Kr (35 €), and when I asked for a receipt........

they burst out laughing RESTAURANTS (Restaurace) - very cheap, avoid having lunch or dinner in Prague CAMPSITES - Apart from the one in Prague, the others may be hotel courtyards or farm meadows, with no dump facilities CHURCHES - Almost all closed, at most you can photograph through the grilles just past the entrance door, except those in Prague with paid entry where you couldn't photograph. The figures given are in Kr. For us, it was a lovely trip, we saw many interesting things we will not forget: - the castles, those of Fussen and the castle of Rosemberg, at Cesky Krumlov, beautiful outside and richly furnished inside - the churches, the one that struck us most was the one in Steingaden, - the landscapes both in Bavaria and in the Czech Republic.

For photography enthusiasts, like me, I can say I took over 500 photos, in digital (512MB) Of course, what we may like may not please others...... everything is subjective Anyway, I hope I have been of help; should you need any other information, I am at your disposal Total Km. 2,700 It is not a tiring trip, with short stages Total spend € 1,120 Bear in mind this figure is for two adults and two cats, they eat too and at some campsites THEY pay as well. The spend is broken down as follows: Food € 326.98 Newspapers 24.99 Bar 22.62 Restaurants 64.98 Diesel 210.98 Campsites and parking 184.73 Entry tickets and visits 115.11 Fine 34.36 Telephone 55.00 Motorway 36.14 Miscellaneous 43.60

To get to Camping Sunny pay attention to the sign after the Ikea on the right, it's small but clean, the metro is 500 m away, the yellow line takes you to the centre, near Wenceslas Square, don't buy the day pass, you don't need it, buy single tickets for the outward and return trip, they are valid for 60/90 minutes, depending on whether it's a weekday or a holiday. Prague deserves even more than three days, if you have the chance At the Royal Castle it's better to go very early to avoid the crowd of tourists
