A Little Trip to Paris

A 4-day trip to Paris. We set off from Milan at 23.30 and arrived in Paris at 8.30. I set my watch and took the métro straight to the ibis hotel in Montmartre. Four days of intense walking lay ahead of me. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful: strong, freezing, truly polar wind, on top of the rain. In short, weather for wolves. I had organised everything down to the smallest detail, but the plan fell apart right away.
